By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any of our programs, products, or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Educational Purposes Only

All content, including videos, PDFs, recipes, and guidance, is intended for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your health regimen.

2. No Medical Advice

The Holistic Acne Method does not replace medical advice or treatment. If you have severe or persistent skin conditions, we recommend consulting a licensed dermatologist or Ayurvedic practitioner.

3. Refund Policy

For the August 2025 founding community we offer a value guarantee. If you attend all three live sessions (or watch all the replays) and feel you didn’t receive the value you were hoping for, just email within 7 days of the final class and we’ll refund your purchase — no questions asked. Otherwise, if you've purchased a digital product you have 30 days from the date of purchase to submit a request for refund. We will consider a refund if we feel you have a legitimate reason. If you purchase a private consultation or other service and decide you don't want it, contact us at [email protected] before filling out the intake form or making an appointment. We will not refund a completed private consultation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content is the intellectual property of Costa Rica Ayurveda and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, or distributed without explicit permission.

5. Personal Use Only

Access to our digital courses is granted for individual, non-commercial use only. Sharing login credentials or course materials is not permitted unless we explicitly give you permission in writing.

6. Results Disclaimer

Every body is unique. While many participants have experienced improved skin, digestion, and overall well-being, results may vary and are not guaranteed.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is always handled with care and will never be sold or shared. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
